さあ、だれがするのか。

お寺へ行くと、普段大切にしている言葉が書かれてあった。

誰がする　誰かがすると　みな思う

自分がしなくても、誰かがやってくれるんじゃないかと思うことを

今年は、任期が1年のものを1つ、約数年のものを1つ、やってみることにした。

誰かがするというのはとても無責任なこと。

恐らく、自分が住んでいる場所や家族が所属しているものであるから無関係ではないだろう。

みんなが同じように、

誰かがやってくれるだろう。

そう思っていると誰もやらないのは目に見えている。

誰にだって、絶対に無理な時がある。

そんな時は無理しなくてもいい。

でも、今なら何か力になれるかなと思えるときもあるだろう。

そういう時に気軽に手を挙げられる環境を作ることが何よりも大切である。

好奇心をもって欲しい。

積極的に行動できる人になってほしい。

私も娘にそうなってほしいと願っている。

まずは私から。

いつでも迷いなく手を挙げられる、大人で居たい。
