保証とは何か

公立高校の入試も終わり、この塾初めての中3生の2人は無事、志望校へ合格してくれました。

ここ最近は大学受験や国家試験のフォローし続けていたので、高校入試は新鮮で、志望校合格というキラキラした気持ちを分け与えてもらえ、感謝しかありません。本当にありがとう。

他のだれでもない自分自身の努力の結果です。ここに留まることなく更なる前進をしてほしいものです。

今回の公立高校入試に関して、高校入試の試験の約10日前に自宅学習を強いられた全ての中3生に対し、本当に最後までよく頑張ったと思います。

当塾でも、公立入試の方のみ、試験前日まで授業を実施しましたが、塾に通っていない方にとってはどんな日々になったのかと思うと、塾ありきの学校教育を感じずにはいられません。

最後の追い込みをすることもなく試験に向かった中3生に対して、何の保証があったのかと思うと、やはり中1・中2の方に対しても何の保証もないんだろうなと改めて感じさせられます。

保証という言葉に一時の安堵感を得ては、緊急事態という言葉になんとなく納得させられる毎日。

個人的ではありますが、教える人間としての考えと、経営目線での考え方と。

1年目で大きな壁にぶつかったような気もしますが、新たなチャレンジへのきっかけにしていきたいと思っております。

これからまだまだ油断はできない状況です。

するかしないかは、自分次第です。
