日本人の宗教観（個人的考察）

みなさんは宗教について考えたことがありますか？

なんとなく触れてはいけないものとして置かれているものであるように感じます。

 

でも、勉強にそんなに関係ないことだなあと思いながらも、日本人の宗教観について考え始めると、まあ、おもしろい☺

 

 

日本人は「無宗教で宗教は無い」という考え方があるが、私はその考え方には断固として反対だ。

なんでも白か黒かで断言できるほど、人間の考え方というものはシンプルではないからだ。

 

もし無宗教というもので片づけたい人がいるならば、百歩譲って、その言葉を使ってもいい。

日本人の宗教観は、無宗教という宗教観なのだと私は考える。

 

キリスト教やイスラム教では考えられない、万の神（よろずのかみ）なのだ。

キリストの誕生日もなんとなく祝うし、除夜の鐘を聞いては年末を感じ、正月にはみんなこぞって神社に行くのだ。

 

日本人の宗教観は何かを信じているのではなくて、

ただ、他人が信じているものを存外に扱うことができないだけだ。

 

なんか聞いたこともない宗教があって、それを誰かが真剣に信じている。

それを見て、何それ？

と心の中で思っていたとしても、

それは信じるべきものではないといって書かれた紙を焼き捨てる勇気は全くない。

 

だって、私たちは人が信じているものを否定できるほど、絶対的な存在を認めていないのだから。

 

何ごとも、関係ないだとか、気にしないだとか、バッサリ切り捨てるのも一つだけれども、それは考えた末のことでなければいけないと思う。

また様々な物事に意見を求められることはあまりないかもしれません。

しかし、ふとした時に自分なりの考えを出しておくことはとても重要なことだと思っています。
