学生の方への質問です。

 

皆さんには夢がありますか？

 

2つ目の質問です。

それではその夢をかなえるために今行動できることをトライできていますか？

 

今は勉強だというのも一理あります。

 

大人が言う、勉強しなさいというのは、まだ自分の未来が想像できていないまたは、夢のために何もすることが無いなら勉強しなさいということだと思ってほしい。

また、困難なことに立ち向かう強さ・粘り強さを身につけることが目的だと思ってもらいたい。

 

勉強以外にやりたいことに向けて今から行動できることがあるならやった方がいい。

勉強している学生はたくさんいる。

しかし、学生のうちから将来に向けて何か行動できる人はほんの一握り。

 

アウトプットのためのインプットを、大人になってから気付くのとでは訳が違う。

 

社会に出てから、微分積分の計算ができないからといって恐らく何も起こらない。

私だって、高校数学の知識を仕事に使ったのは約一千万円の助成金申請の書類における定量的成果目標の書類作成の時くらいだ。

 

 

人の心は言葉1つで変わると思う。読み書き・言葉のセンスを磨くことは本当に素晴らしい。

それは先人たちのたくさんの作品から学ぶことができる。

自分で言葉を紡ぐ練習を。

そして自分の言葉で表すことの素晴らしさを、学生の人たちにはわかってもらいたいと心から思う。

例え、古文が解けなくとも、物語の登場人物の心情が読み取れなくとも、

あなたの書く文章が素晴らしければ、必ず未来は明るい。
