大きな目標よりも小さな目標を

目標をたてる

その言葉にどんな印象がありますか？

 

例えば学生の頃には

〇〇大学に行く！

とかになるでしょうか。

 

日本の教育では大学に入ること

それが最終評価であるかのような時代が続いています。

実際に学歴で判断される時、そのような場面はまだまだあるでしょう。

 

目標がどのようなものであれ、その目標を達成するために「今、何をしなければいけないか」を逆算して考えていくことこそ最重要だと考えます。

 

明日の自分はどうでなければいけないか。今日の自分はどうであるべきか。

 

例えば、偏差値を数年後にここまで上げなければいけないという目標だけを立てて。

だから今はまだ大丈夫なんて言っている人を見ると、その人にとって年単位での未来目標は不毛だなと思います。

なんでも先延ばしにしていると、本当に人生なんてあっという間におしまい。

 

遠い未来の自分に期待するのは現実から逃げているだけ。

努力するのは誰がなんと言おうと、今の自分です。

努力できない今の自分は、今となんら変わりのない未来の自分と化します。

 

自分軸の中で信頼できるのは今の自分だ

無駄なタスクを積み上げるのではなく、目の前にあるタスクをこなしましょう。

 

たとえ、たった一人になったとしてもそれを続けられるか。

それくらいの大志を持てるか。
