子育ての中で時間を作るには

こどもがいると自分の時間を作ることができない。

よくありますよね。私もそうです。

私自身も、土日に関しては子どもとの時間も多く、今日しようと思っていたことが完了しないことが多々あります。

 

そしてなんだかスッキリしないまま月曜日を迎える。

そんな気持ちで一週間を始めるのは納得できないので、毎週月曜日はめちゃくちゃ早起きします

 

日曜日は仕事が早く終わるので夜は子どもたちと一緒に遊んでから早めに寝ます。

 

子どもたちからすると、寝る時に一緒にいるだけで喜んでもらえるようで☺

 

そんなのお安い御用です。

 

確かにやりたいことはあります。でも、横でぼーっと寝ているだけでいいのならそれをするべき時だと思うのです。

いつのまにか、一緒に寝てほしいとも言われなくなるのだと思うと、貴重だなと思うのです。

 

そして、スッキリした朝を迎えて、コーヒーを飲みながら自分の時間を有効に使う。

 

確かに子どもがいなければもっと自分の時間があるかもしれません。

もっと仕事で成果を出せるかもしれません。

自分の境遇だったり、周りの人のせいにしてしまうでしょう。

今の境遇を理解し、納得しその中でのベストを尽くす。

 

今、自分が子育てをしながらでも何かに打ち込んでいることが重要なのです。

実際にだんだん子どもが成長していくと自然と自分の時間が増え、今まで努力した分だけうまく時間を使うことができるはずです。

 

バタバタしたその生活もトレーニング。

毎日のその努力が必ず自分の力になっていきます。

 

さあ、頑張っていきましょう。
